PACKAGING AND TRACKING: Orders are packaged with care and eco-conscious materials (biodegradable, recycled/recyclable materials, and minimal use of plastics) Plastic bubble wrap is occasionally the better option for certain items to assure the safety and minimize weight of the shipment -in many cases the bubble wrap can be recycled. Items will ship via USPS or UPS for domestic orders and First Class International or DHL Express for international orders. Tracking information will be provided once item/s ship.
SHIPPING OVERCHARGES: Shipping charges are based on size and weight of each individual item. When multiple items are purchased to be shipped to one address every effort will be made to combine the orders and ship together in one package and the cost of the shipment will be determined. Each item in the shop has a pre-determined shipping profile attached that calculates shipping automatically based on weight. Multiple items in a single order often result in a higher calculated shipping cost than is necessary. Any shipping overcharge that is over $2 will be refunded once the item ships.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If you are outside of the US shipping fees collected may not be adequate to cover actual costs and will need to be adjusted prior to shipping the product. In this case you will be contacted via the email you provide during checkout and a payment will be requested to cover the actual shipping fees. If you are unable to be reached your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
Return Policy
I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations.
PROBLEMS WITH ORDER: Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. In the event that an item shipped via USPS is damaged in transit you the buyer can make a claim with USPS. Most packages are sent via Priority Mail and include insurance for loss or damage in transit. If your package was shipped with another carrier UPS or DHL for instance please contact me ASAP so that I can remedy the issue. The vast majority (99%) of my shipments arrive safely and in perfect condition. However, occasional mishaps can occur - don’t hesitate to contact me.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted, however pottery is fragile and must be packaged with extreme care. To initiate the return process you must contact me within 3 business days of receipt of your order. The items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery in the original shipping package. No refund will be given for damaged or otherwise corrupted items including damage that occurs during return transit to the shop. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Once the return item has been received and inspected refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the shipping paid on original order.
